Yes. Our basic package is completely free — you can generate your claim letter and send it yourself without paying us a penny. We only offer optional paid packages if you’d like extra help, templates, or support.
Do I need a solicitor or claims company?
No. Our service is designed so you can handle your claim yourself, without paying high fees to claims management companies. We give you the tools and guidance, so you stay in control and keep 100% of what’s refunded.
What types of claims can I make with Claims Helper?
We support a range of financial claims — including car finance (PCP/HP), packaged bank accounts, payday loans, and gap insurance. More claim types will be added soon as our platform grows.
Do I need to use Claims helper or a claims management company to make a complaint?
You do not need to use our services to make your complaint, you can do this yourself for free by contacting your lender directly. If your complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
