What’s NOT Included

Printed & Posted Letter – you must print and post your own complaint letter.
You must already know your finance provider, agreement number and vehicle registration.
Chaser Letters – no acknowledgement or follow-up letters are included.
Email Reminders – we don’t send automatic progress reminders for DIY submissions.
Guidance & Tips – no extra documents or process guidance are included (available in Basic and above).
Multiple Claims – limited to one claim per submission (multi-claim options start in Plus).
Offer / Rejection Support – no guidance for reviewing or responding to lender outcomes.
Financial Ombudsman Referral – no guidance or pre-filled forms for escalation.
Email Support – no personal contact or one-to-one guidance is provided in the Free package.
