1) What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of our website, tools, and any paid add-ons (collectively, the Services). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

2) What we do (and don’t do)

  • We provide self-help tools (e.g., complaint letter generators), general guidance and documents.

  • We do not act on your behalf, represent you, submit complaints for you, or provide advice tailored to your circumstances.

  • Any content is general information. If you need advice, seek an independent, regulated professional.

3) Your responsibilities

  • You’re responsible for: (a) the accuracy of any information you enter, (b) reviewing generated letters before use, and (c) submitting/ sending your complaint yourself.

  • Don’t misuse the site (no unlawful content, malware, scraping, or attempts to break security).

  • You must be 18+ to use our Services.

4) Optional credit checks

If you choose an add-on that involves a credit check, we’ll only share the minimum necessary data with an approved provider with your explicit permission. See Privacy Policy for details.

5) Accounts, plans and payments (if applicable)

  • Some features may require an account or paid plan. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

  • Prices shown include VAT (if applicable) and may change; we’ll show the price before you buy.

  • Subscriptions: renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

  • One-off digital downloads/services: delivered immediately after purchase.

Consumer cancellations (UK): For digital content, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period, but you lose that right once download/fulfilment starts if you consent to immediate supply. For subscriptions, you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal (no refunds for elapsed periods unless required by law).

6) Refunds

We aim to be fair. Because our products are digital and often delivered instantly, refunds aren’t usually provided once access or delivery has begun, unless we’re required to do so by law or the product is faulty/misdescribed. If something’s wrong, contact us and we’ll sort it.

7) No guarantees

We don’t guarantee a particular outcome, response, refund or redress from any lender or organisation. Any timelines or examples are illustrative only.

8) Intellectual property

All site content, tools, and templates are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use generated documents for your own case(s). Don’t resell, publish, or sublicense our tools or content.

9) User content you upload

If you upload or input content, you (a) confirm you have the right to use it, and (b) grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Services. Don’t upload unlawful or infringing material.

10) Data protection & cookies

We handle personal data per our Privacy & Cookie Policy (inc. details on cookies, analytics, and optional credit checks). You can manage cookies in your browser.

11) Third-party services & links

Our Services may link to third-party sites or use third-party providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, optional credit checks). We’re not responsible for third-party websites or their terms/policies.

12) Availability

We try to keep the Services available and bug-free, but we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the Services for maintenance or improvement.

13) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).
Subject to that:

  • We’re not liable for: loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or indirect/consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to paid Services is limited to the amount you paid for those Services in the 12 months before the claim.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., via the site or email). Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Complaints

Unhappy? contact us and we’ll try to resolve it quickly. As we are not a regulated claims management company, complaints are not handled by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
